Residence Visas on Property Investment
Dubai offers residence visas against investment in property. The property should be in the name of visa applicant and free of mortgage. *5 years visas are granted for a minimum property investment of AED 2 Million and 3 year residence visas can be applied for a minimum investment of AED 750,000 in Dubai. Dubai also offers retirement residence visas for eligible seniors.
